A few weeks ago I took a long lunch break and went to Eric Baker Design’s moving sale to look for some interesting books (after telling Eric that I worked in interactive, he asked me what a web designer needs books for! —har har). I wish I could have spent more time looking, but I did find this little book called A Twenty-four Page Book. The book was published by the Type Directors Club in 1987 and features 24 of the best designers each interpreting their assigned page numbers. Included are Lou Dorfsman, Bradbury Thompson, Milton Glaser, Saul Bass, Paul Rand, Herman Zapf, Massimo Vignelli and more.
